Position Overview

Global Citizen is seeking a highly creative marketing manager to develop groundbreaking digital activations and stunts to help grow our movement. As a member of our global marketing team, you will be specifically responsible for ideating and executing “big idea” marketing activations as part of tentpole campaigns and brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strategic non-traditional marketing programs, including but not limited to: User Generated Campaigns, Influencer Programs, Stunt/Guerrilla Marketing, etc.
  • Drive end-to-end campaign development, partnering with Brand stakeholders, Creative, Product, Policy, Editorial and PR to ensure that strategy delivers against KPIs and supports business growth
  • Work in tandem with the full 360 marketing team, and develop digital promotions that support the bigger picture marketing plan and objectives for each initiative
  • Work across Global Citizen functional areas to leverage each digital campaign
  • Partner with the creative team in the development of creative assets
  • Craft presentations and pitch ideas to project teams

Requirements

You are:

  • Passionate about pop culture and digital innovations
  • Solid understanding of how to capture and engage the Gen Z + Millennial audience through digital platforms
  • Both a highly creative “idea person” and strong project executor
  • Current on trends, culture, and events; with a natural curiosity for data

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of digital marketing experience for an entertainment brand
  • Proven ability to mentor and lead a team of graphic designers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that works in campaign cycles with peaks and valleys
  • Ability to present Digital Marketing ideas and results to Executive Team
  • Be solution-oriented in the face of challenges and high-pressure situations.

  • Commitment to see an end to extreme poverty by 2030
