About The Sales Development Representative Role

We are looking for someone driven, strategic and thoughtful, who gets excited when thinking about effective and intentional sales strategies. You will be responsible for working closely with the COO to conduct outreach to new customers, develop lead generation strategies, and optimize for conversions.

This is a part time paid hourly role + commission on each confirmed meeting scheduled. ~25 hours/week.

Your Responsibilities

  • Utilize Mailshake, cold calling, social networks, and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in your targeted market/ demographic
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and our COO
  • Report to CEO/ COO with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Must Have

  • 3+ years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
  • Experience using Salesforce, Mailshake and Hubspot
  • Solid technical aptitude - strong proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint

Strongly Prefer

  • Bachelor's degree in business or communication or both
  • Startup Experience
