At Heura, a plant-based food-tech start-up, we’re working to accelerate the transition to sustainable proteins by creating delicious and nutritious plant-based products and by inspiring people to willingly change their consumption habits in order to protect our health and the planet’s, without giving up any favorite recipes or traditions.
To do so, we have a team full of nonconformist people who are motivated to create a positive impact in the world, people who are oriented towards growth and continuous improvement and towards becoming a high-performance team whose relationships are based on honesty, trust, and transparency.
At Heura we’re food activists, and we want to take animals out of the food equation. We believe that technology offers the opportunity to build a food system that solves our current challenges and responds to our values.
We therefore have a team full of nonconformist people who are motivated to create a positive impact in the world, people who are oriented towards growth and continuous improvement and towards becoming a high-performance team whose relationships are based on honesty, trust, and transparency.
We are currently looking for a Revenue Growth Manager, who will contribute to our mission by leading the deployment of the net revenue management strategy in our businesses across the globe, thereby setting up Heura for the long term, with consumer-focused growth of the top line and profit. This role will drive the implementation of our global Net Revenue Management playbooks across the Price Architecture, Mix Management, and Trade Management, thereby guiding an assessment of the business landscape, development of the strategy, and ultimately, deployment of the strategy.
Let’s start by seeing if you’re passionate about the following main responsibilities:
⦁ Developing the RGM strategy and ensuring organizational alignment and buy-in.
⦁ Defining multi-channel guidelines across RGM levers for pricing, promotions, and trade spending.
⦁ Running standard pricing analytics (e.g., pricing potential per pack, price pack curve, brand ladder vs. the competition).
⦁ Sharing guidelines on the promo calendar (optimal discount depth / increase per pack).
⦁ Establishing high-level trade architecture and terms guidance.
⦁ Setting up tools, processes, and training for in-market optimization, including the cascading of KPIs (for RGM vs. local teams).
⦁ Aligning the functions involved in RGM (especially marketing, sales, advanced analytics, and finance), and coordinating the programs and actions needed to implement any recommendations.
⦁ Building a culture of RGM expertise across the organization, including a common understanding of RGM and the “language” around it.
⦁ Providing ad-hoc support in RGM for other functions (e.g., how to leverage RGM to support growth aspirations for a brand in a given customer), thereby helping them to meet and exceed their budgeted revenue targets and continually improve their profitability margins.
⦁ Consolidating ROI at the global level, shared with the Executive Committee.
⦁ You care about our mission and see it as a “personal” problem to be solved professionally.
⦁ You have over 2 years of experience in PRGM and sales experience in an FMCG company.
⦁ You are a strategic, analytical, and ambitious person who is not afraid to break the current rules of the category.
⦁ You are flexible and have the ability to survive in an ever-changing structure, while operating in grey areas that have yet to be assigned to a particular department.
⦁ You are a pure team player who is perfectly fine with co-ownership.
⦁ You are curious and innovative and are always looking for the best alternative or solution to every challenge.
⦁ You are forward-thinking: you anticipate opportunities and challenges.
⦁ You are an activator: you make things happen today, not tomorrow.
⦁ You look at actions from an overall point of view: you think about the impact on the company as a whole and take into account the impact, cost, and advantage of every decision.
⦁ You have a problem-solving and constructive mindset and the ability to take any idea or challenge and turn it into a real project.
⦁ You have a growth and “do it WOW!" mindset.
⦁ You are a good rebel, but humble.
⦁ You are fluent in English. French or Italian is a plus.
⦁ Your approach to problem-solving and developing solutions is streamlined and flexible, while creating a knowledge base and sharing best practices.
⦁ You win with purpose: strong results orientation, with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
⦁ Working for a higher purpose. Your work will have a positive impact on the health of the planet, animals, and people.
⦁ Being a part of the Europe’s fastest-growing company in its category.
⦁ Joining a very ambitious project in which the challenges never end.
⦁ Being a part of a young, passionate, and united group of people who want to become a high-performance team and change the world.
⦁ An entrepreneurial environment open to your ideas and initiatives. Your involvement and responsibilities are not finite and restricted, rather we encourage creativity and new ways of doing things.
⦁ We give you all the tools you need to not only contribute the utmost in your duties but also to continue growing professionally as far as you decide to go.
⦁ A package of perks that keeps growing and improving. For now: medical insurance, unlimited holidays, ownership & self-responsibility policies, fruit & nuts, coffee, drinks, discounts on sports activities, discounts on our products, and monthly company events.
Diversity and inclusion are important to us. We’re constantly working on improving them and welcome feedback. At Heura, we don’t just accept our differences: we fully support and celebrate them.
We are committed to equal opportunity employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, or gender identity or expression. We strive to be an equal opportunity workplace, where everyone, from any background, can do their best work.
