As part of the marketing we have huge short and mid-term challenges so we are looking for a talented, visionary and passionate marketer who wants to be part of our young marketing team.

Directly reporting and working with the CMO, you will be part of an evolving and “under construction” marketing team so you will have the chance to do different tasks and projects related to marketing and sales.
Work collaboratively with the rest of the company's teams on different projects and marketing tasks.
First thing you will get involved with, it’s going to be related to the development and implementation of a new and disruptive solar service in the market.
You will be the reference person for this project at an internal level, solving the different marketing needs of the project and offering solutions aligned with the strategy, positioning, brand and our value proposal. You will be involved in the daily tasks with the rest of the teams, developing the product from scratch and ensuring we do it with a customer-centric approach.
You will be in charge of collecting needs, establishing objectives, priorities and timings in accordance with the rest of the teams (marketing and all its stakeholders).
Your main responsibilities and areas of ownership:
Be the key person of the marketing team within the solar project to build and deploy our solar proposition.
You will actively design how we deliver this proposal to the market so you will participate in the definition of processes and sales arguments and implementation to ensure this vision.
Conduct research on market segments and audiences that allow us to adapt communication messages to contracting levers and drivers.
Ensure that we build our value proposition with a real customer centric vision and methodology while, in parallel, executing short and medium term action plans.
Collect transversal marketing needs from the solar team and channel them internally, follow up and ensure the correct delivery according to agreed timings.
Maintain status updates on project and/or team activities and communicate to all relevant stakeholders.
Related to the Marketing Team, draft documentation, project plans, etc. to support Projects, Technical and/or Sales teams
Conduct analysis and produce metric reports and dashboards (if needed in collaboration with the data marketing team) to support business decisions and strategies.
We are looking for someone capable of working with different teams in an environment where roles are not 100% defined. With the ability to bring together and agree on different points of view.
We need someone who is a great transmitter: speeding up the requests made by the teams to marketing so that they are made quickly and prioritized, and conversely, to encourage the teams to implement the proposals of marketing.

In Pursuit of a Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a college or university in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in consulting or in the development of customer-centric innovation projects and customer or brand experience generation.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing team with strong digital background or in a tech company.
Broad and transversal vision of marketing and sales
Demonstrated time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (excel required)
Up-beat, positive, can-do attitude.
