Job description

At Heura we are food activists and we want to take out animals from the food equation. We believe technology brings us the chance to build a food system that solves our current challenges and answers to our values.

Your main duty will be to lead the content creation, both written and audiovisual, focused on our social media channels with the objective of transcending the brand itself and building on the ground a social movement around Heura.  

This will be organised with an inhouse team and also with the help of production and creative agencies.

Most of the work will be placed in Barcelona but willingness to travel to make productions and specific content creation events happen.

Let’s start by seeing if you’re passionate about the following responsibilities:

Develops content strategies for multiples channels and platforms:

  • Co-develop content strategies, brand messages and insights to formulating a cross-platform content strategy.
  • Work with agencies, producers and designers to deliver stories that are aligned with the corporate goals.

Production and Calendar management :

  • Organisation of the content production, both inhouse and outsourced to agencies, in order to match the publishers calendar.
  • Create the structure to assure we take advantage of the momentums and we give an opinion on the political and social issues as a company.

Guardian of the content in the different countries:

  • Create the lines and playbook for the different countries to apply it and provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to establish and articulate internal and external key messages, and ensure that content is aligned accordingly
  • Capacity to create international team-building and alienation with the country's Community Builders.

Take risks and be a pioneer:

  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology, new formats and social media trends, and apply those you think that can boost community, reach and engagement.

Analyze, share successes and failures, and keep improving:

  • Manage tools (mainly SocialBakers and Google Analytics)  to generate metrics to understand our growth and to detect future trends
  • Use consumer analytics to determine the best way to engage users, increase customer loyalty, generate leads, and measure brand awareness

Requirements

We would love to meet you if you:

  • Care about our mission and feel it as a “personal” problem to solve professionally.
  • Could act as a brand ambassador in the country.
  • Have +3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Native Spanish level and high English level.
  • Writing and editing skills.
  • Creative mindset.
  • Have Experience working with social media management and analytics tools.
  • Are social media savvy with PR know-how.
  • Knows how to use social media  and analytic tools like Social Bakers or Google Analytics.
  • Are forward-thinking: you anticipate the opportunities and challenges.
  • Have a creative mindset and great writing skills and the ability to create engaging content.
  • Have a growth and “do it WOW! mindset.
  • Are a Good rebel, but humble.
  • Are a proactive and initiative person but with high attention to detail.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Experience and interest in other aspects of online marketing.
  • Experience in digital paid and programmatic campaigns.
  • Experience managing with creative and production external agencies.
  • Experience with different platforms like tik tok, instagram, youtube and twitch.
