At Heura, a plant-based food-tech start-up, we’re working to accelerate the transition to sustainable proteins by creating delicious and nutritious plant-based products and by inspiring people to willingly change their consumption habits in order to protect our health and the planet’s, without giving up any favorite recipes or traditions.

Your main duty will be to build the global growth strategy (the Heura playbook for conquering markets) by applying a strong analytical method and coordinating with the various business units and departments.

Status quo is not enough: in order to build something better we have to imagine the right future and build a structure that gets us there. You are responsible for gathering together the right inputs for envisioning the future of plant-based and shaping the present from there, not the other way around. Your vision will have to be embodied in a specific growth strategy.
Act as a hub between R&D, Comms, Sales, and Trade Marketing
Marketing is the brains of the company. It processes all external and internal information and makes sure the various departments execute according to the growth strategy. The Marketing Department will have to provide all the intelligence and advise all the other departments to ensure that they respectively execute in line with the identified opportunities and challenges.
Build and develop a holistic, winning portfolio
We envision a portfolio of meat successors that people want to eat every day (superior taste), can eat every day (excellent nutritional values) and can afford to eat every day (mass product). It will be your responsibility to build a portfolio that responds to this vision, not only locally but also at a global scale. Innovation can’t stop.
Identify and develop co-branding opportunities
Our holistic solution can be built both internally and through external brands that allow Heura to grow faster and reach new targets. You will have to find these opportunities and tackle them together with the Sales Department.
Build and develop an amazing, high-performance team
Talent is magnetic, so getting and retaining the best talent will be crucial to creating a dream team in the Marketing Department. Your role will be key to developing a high-performance team that is aligned with our values by providing continuous feedback.
