Job Description

When it comes to making sure no more single-use water bottles are entering our oceans, you want to make that (behavioral)change! You pursue this goal not only yourself, but tries to encourage others to do so as well. And now you can make your job out of it. With your knowledge about different markets, plastic pollution and behavioral change, you make sure everyone you talk to get people aboard. Ahoi.
With our business development we can really make the difference together, from beginning to end. Because when it comes to plastic pollution, we need all hands on deck!

Your role  

Since this is a new project, everything is possible. And your role is to making sure the team realizes the whole project within budget and planning. Starting with working on the strategy, finding right partnerships and getting everyone aligned. You will be constantly looking for ways to improve the project, to realize the most impact and taking it to the highest level possible. Ready, set, GO.

Luckily you will not be doing this all by yourself. We have great ambitions which can be only realized working together, both internally ánd externally. Internally you will be working closely with the Business Development Manager and the Sales & Marketing Manager. Externally you will work mostly with partners you have found yourself.

Your team

We have great ambitions and the team you will be working with is even greater. You will report to the Business Development Manager and work closely with the Marketing & Sales Manager.

About you

  • You are extremely motivated to work towards a life without single-use water bottles;
  • You can describe yourself as a project manager who overseas every detail and can handle some level of stress;
  • You have a hands-on mentality and aims for the goal;
  • You have 1-2 years of relevant working experience;  
  • Your English and Dutch are fluent;
  • You are available for 32-40 hours per week.
